General Questions

Not at all. We welcome complete beginners as well as those with prior experience. Our practitioners meet you exactly where you are and tailor each session to your comfort level and intentions.
This is sacred sensuality work. We practice tantric bodywork within clear professional boundaries. While the work is sensual and intimate, it's educational and transformative, not transactional. We maintain absolute professionalism while honoring the sacred nature of touch and pleasure.
Absolutely. Your privacy is sacred to us. We never share client information. What happens in our space stays in our space. Our studio is private and discreet.

Sessions & Booking

Your first session begins with a conversation about your intentions, boundaries, and any questions you have. We'll create a safe container together before any bodywork begins. Sessions typically include breathwork, guided relaxation, and intentional touch. You remain in control throughout, and communication is encouraged.
Wear comfortable clothing you can easily change out of. We provide everything needed for your session including linens, robes, and any supplies. Simply bring yourself—and an open heart.
Arrive with an open mind and open heart. Shower beforehand if possible. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol before your session. Most importantly, be ready to communicate honestly about your boundaries and desires.
You can speak up at any time. We encourage communication throughout your session. If something doesn't feel right, you can pause, adjust, or stop completely—no questions asked, no judgment. Your comfort and consent are our highest priorities.
We're located in Victoria, BC, Canada. The exact address is provided upon booking to maintain the privacy and sacred nature of our space.
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand life happens—please communicate with us and we'll work together to find a solution.
Yes! Gift certificates are available for sessions, courses, and workshops. Contact us to arrange a beautiful gift certificate for someone special. (Note: we recommend discussing this type of gift with your partner first to ensure they're comfortable and interested.)

For Couples

Couples sessions are designed to deepen your connection with your partner. Depending on the experience you choose, this might include learning massage techniques together, guided intimacy exercises, breathwork, or receiving massage side-by-side. It's a beautiful way to reconnect and learn new ways to pleasure each other.
Absolutely. Every couples session begins with a conversation about your boundaries, desires, and comfort levels. You're never pressured to do anything—we create an experience tailored to what feels right for both of you.
Many of our couples are first-timers! We specialize in creating a welcoming, non-judgmental space for those new to tantric practices. Our Classic Couples Massage is a wonderful starting point.

For Women

Our women's sessions are held in a space of deep reverence for the feminine. Led by Selene, a woman with 15+ years of experience, these sessions offer a safe container for healing, exploration, and sensual reclamation. Many women come to us seeking to reconnect with their bodies after trauma, life transitions, or simply years of disconnection.
Yes. All women's sessions are conducted by Selene unless you specifically request Troy. Your comfort and safety are paramount.
We work with many women healing from trauma. Selene is trauma-informed and creates sessions at your pace, with clear communication and consent at every step. That said, we always recommend consulting with a mental health professional as part of your healing journey.

For Men

Men's sessions range from relaxation massage to more explorative experiences. Each session is tailored to your intentions—whether you're seeking stress relief, sensual awakening, or exploration of new sensations. All sessions are boundaried and professional.
Men's sessions are conducted by Selene.
Completely normal. Many of our clients feel nervous before their first session. We take time at the beginning to talk, answer questions, and help you relax before any bodywork begins. There's no rush—we meet you where you are.

Courses & Workshops

Our online courses are self-paced programs you can take from anywhere, anytime. They're perfect for learning foundational concepts and practices at home. Workshops are in-person, immersive experiences—often for couples—where you'll practice hands-on with guidance from our practitioners.
Not for all of them. Our "Setting the Scene" course, for example, is perfect for individuals or couples. Some courses and workshops are designed specifically for couples. Check each offering's description for details.
Our courses distill 15+ years of experience into practical, actionable guidance. "Setting the Scene" at $45 is our gateway course—a low-risk way to experience our teaching style and start transforming your intimate life immediately.
Intimacy guidance is personalized support for individuals or couples seeking to deepen their connection, improve communication, or navigate challenges in their intimate lives. It's conversational and supportive—like having a trusted Sensualist as your guide for the journey.

Canada — Interac e-Transfer

If you're in Canada, Interac e-Transfer is the easiest way to pay. Send your payment to selene@westcoasttantra.com and you'll have access as soon as it's confirmed.

International — Wise
